For our client, we are searching for:

Customer Service Desk Administrator

- Administers assigned supplier queries
- Responding to queries via email and phone
- Evaluates suppliers responses, follows the established response protocol and escalates accordingly when necessary
- Uses superior interpersonal communications skills to effectively interface with suppliers, buyers, subcontract administrators, stakeholders and functional partners at all levels of the organization
- Researches specific suppliers, invoices, Purchase Orders in support of proper response and routing. This research could include several different reports, systems, and data sources

Wymagania

- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Customer service experience
- Higher degree or student status
- Some experience within Accounting or Procurement would be an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Strong attention to details
- Working knowledge of enterprise procurement systems (Oracle, Ariba) are an asset
- Willingness to work from 12 to 20
- Availability to work at least 30 hours per week on civil contract for 6 months
