For one of our clients - a global provider of customer experience and technology consulting services, we are looking for an IT Helpdesk / Customer Service person who will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support via phone, chat and email on operating systems (Linux, Mac, Windows, Chrome and Android) using basic operating system troubleshooting techniques
- Assisting employees with troubleshooting and providing solutions to technical and service issues on desktops, laptops, virtual machines and servers.
- Provide system administration support and assist employees with access and account issues based on defined/documented guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Identify and provide information on unique (or) recurring user issues
- 1 or 2 years of telephone and customer handling skills
- Very good level of English - ability to work in English
- Ability to analyse and solve technical problems by investigating potential solutions using troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Mac, Windows, Chrome and Android)
- Knowledge of PC architecture/technology
- Good Analytical & Cognitive skills
