Opis

For one of our Client - global customer experience and technology consulting services provider we are looking for Customer Service/Helpdesk Specialist who will be responsible for:

- Provision of remote technical support via phone, chat and email
- Help employees identify problems and provide solutions to technical and service problems
- Taking care of users' satisfaction through effective problem solving
- Ensure proper escalation procedures are followed
- Provides system administrative support and basic hardware troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, virtual machines, and servers

Wymagania

- 1 to 2 year of international calling experience
- 1 to 2 years of experience in troubleshooting issues related to hardware & software issues on at-least one of these operating systems (Linux, Mac and Windows desktop environments, etc)
- Working knowledge of PC architecture/technology
- Ability to analyse and solve technical problems by investigating potential solutions using troubleshooting skills
- Good Analytical & Cognitive skills
- Excellent telephone and customer handling skills
- Knowledge of English language at the minimum B2 level
