Your aim: lead, mentor, and support your team. The team work on a diversified range of trials across Poland. It is up to you to assure the best possible quality of work.
Offices are based in Warsaw.
Your tasks will include:
- conducting CRA monitoring performance assessments (e.g. co-monitoring) and/or other trainings as warranted
- trial allocation
- day-to-day team management
- risk management
- cooperating with several departments across multiple countries
- building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders
You are perfect for this position if:
- you have at least 5 years of experience in clinical trails, including 2 years managing a CRA team
- you have extensive operational experience in clinical trials (planning and execution)
- your English is very goodl (B2) and you speak Polish as well
- you are familiar with local regulations, SOP, and GCP standards
- you have a Life Science degree (MSc.)
- you have worked with several therapeutic areas in an international environment
