HR Transformation Management Consultant
100% remote + business travels
Daily tasks:
- designing and implementing solutions to improve and accelerate the delivery of HR projects and transformation initiatives for particular client
- supporting the development of HR project methodologies and tools
- change and transformation management
- ensuring the quality of global processes implemented in EMEA region
- cooperation with other department to understand client’s business needs
The ideal Candidate should have
- At least 3 years of HR consultancy experience gained in the international companies (preferably "BIG 4” company)
- Proven experience in project management and very good knowledge of project management methodology and tools
- Very good understanding on HR functional processes and transformations
- Experience in working in cross-functional project teams
- Fluent knowledge of English, 2nd language is nice to have
- University degree
- Strong decision making and analytical skills
- Can-do attitude and strong business acumen
