Regional Sales & Export Manager - 100% remote

We are currently looking for candidates interested in taking the position of Regional Export Manager in a Swiss company.
The role will be situated in Poland and will travel across Europe.

Main duties will include:
- Maintains sales strategy for the assigned countries in Eastern Europe (and, or Scandinavian countries).
- Initiates sales strategy improvements in low performing countries.
- Accomplishes regional sales strategy and meets budgets.
- Communicates with distributors', importers' both top managements and lower positions.
- Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.
- Completes action plans and meets productivity, quality, and customer service standards.
- Resolves problems, identifies trends, determines regional sales system improvements, and implements change when necessary.
- Meets regional sales objectives by forecasting, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analysing variances, and initiating corrective actions.
- Maintains and expands customer base. Builds and maintains rapport with key customers and identifies new customer opportunities.
- Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities or product, packaging, and service changes, surveying consumer needs and trends, and tracking competitors.
- Makes product trainings and presentations.


- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering
- Previous sales and management experience
- Work experience within Construction fixings area.
- Fluent English - daily use
- Computer literacy skills
- Ability to travel min 30% of the time
- Knowledge of additional languages will be a plus
