For one of our Clients, an international manufacturing company, we are looking for a Tender Specialist to join a newly created team based in Warsaw, specializing in global tenders.
Your responsibilities will include:
- monitoring platforms and agencies announcements for tenders (industrial area)
- validating tender requirements, risk management
- preparing tender documentation and responses to tender questions for the tender specification
- supporting Managers in the bid phase with calculations and quotations
- providing support to Sales with performance analysis
- experience in a similar position
- fluent English and German (you would work with several countries from the DACH region)
- familiarity with local/ country-specific regulations concerning tenders
- experience with quotations
- very good analytical skills and Excel
