We are looking for General Ledger Accountants to join a growing team in our client's office in the centre of Warsaw.
Main duties will include:
- Ensure that all financial transactions are recorded accurately and on time in compliance with the US GAAP and local statutory accounting standards
- Perform account reconciliation (Accruals, Interco, Prepayments) as well as subledger reconciliations
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of all G/L transactions; maintaining US GAAP financial standards
- Co-ordination and processing of month end closings and financial reporting; provide variance analysis;
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives and track service level achievements.
- min. 2+ years of experience in general ledger accounting
- solid experience with IFRS
- US GAAP experience will be considered an asset
- fluent English – mandatory requirement
- ERP experience nice to have
