Opis

We are currently inviting to apply candidates for Customer Service Director position. Our client, a multinational production company has a well-established office in Poland, which delivers its services for EMEA and APAC regions.
Customer Service Director is responsible for continuous improvement and ensuring compliance with company policies, objectives and priorities. This role requires the ability to build a strong cross functional network.

Main duties will include:
- Continuously strive for improving the existing processes, productivity, effectiveness and profitability
- Set performance standards to meet the customer service goals
- Coach and manage the Customer Service team by providing guidelines and support to achieve high performance
- Lead actions that increase Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty
- Develop and monitor programs and procedures to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction

Wymagania

- Minimum of five years’ work experience of Customer Service management for an international production company
- Strong leadership and management skills and experience in leading people
- Experience in process transition and standarisation
- Strong customer orientation
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills in English and Polish
