Main duties will include:
- Responsibility for the operational invoices process run.
- Effective operational and financial management.
- Supporting Team Leaders in reporting KPIs
- Managing annual performance targets and operating budget.
- Initiating and participating in projects roll-outs
- Standardizing, optimizing and automating operational processes
- 5 years of relevant experience in SSC/BPO with background in Accounting Services/Finance
- experience in change initiation and management will be av key asset,
- experience working with complex ERP and connected applications infrastructure, SAP is desired
- good knowledge of MS Office,
- fluent English
