We are currently seeking candidates interested in a Financial Controller position in commercial real estate sector.
Your duties will include:
- Assisting in supervision over the accounting department, financial processes and reporting in the company, ensuring high quality of accounting records
- Assisting in preparation of Financial Statements (IFRS), budgets and related reports
- Assisting in banking activities
- Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage
- Integrating related operations in the group
- Budgetary control and reporting
- Financial communications within the group
- Cooperation with auditors, service providers and clients
- Higher education in the field
- Experience in similar position and preparations of IFRS Financial Statements
- Deep knowledge of applicable accounting, VAT and CIT regulations
- Knowledge of the SAP Business One system – an advantage
- Very good organization of work, accuracy and independence in action
- Ability to communicate in English
