Order Management Specialist with German
Location: Poland - Krakow or Lodz
Key responsibilities:
- Order Processing – Order Entry, order amendment (SAP)
- Order Status queries – via CRM and phone (limited)
- Interaction with internal teams through chat or calls through Microsoft Teamsn
- Ability to anticipate customer needs and solve problems proactively
- English on at least B2 level and German on C1 level
- Higher education degree, preferably in related area
- Experience working in Order Management and/or Customer Service - min 1year
- Experience in using CSR tool and SAP (or other ERP)
- Good MS Excel
