For our Client, an Energy Company whose mission is to live a life free of fossil fuels within a generation, we are looking for an HR Direct Expert.
Predicted duration of the project: six months with the possibility of extension (employment contract).
Work location: Katowice/Gliwice, partly remote.
Responsibilities:
- organize a HR services center for transactional tasks and limited set of English spoken services,
- first line support to employees, managers and HR business partners,
- HR administration, including preparation and quality control of documents, and cost reimbursement,
- support in English for learning process and system instructions (among others),
- working with various HR systems, e.g. SAP.
- knowledge of HR processes,
- experience in first level support for employee and line managers,
- fluent English language skills,
- SAP HR knowledge will be an advantage.
