Our Client, a global leader in the capital markets sector, is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their international team.
You will work closely with Product Managers and development Scrum team to deliver a data and reporting tool for clients. As a Business Analyst, your role is to drive change and support end-users during and after implementation. Your tasks will include:
- building and maintaining relationsips with your stakeholders, gathering reqirements and acceptance criteria
- analyzing root causes, developing recommendations, and designing tailor-made solutions
- facilitating meetings between business and technology
- tracking project progress and risk management
- supporting business testing (including UAT, documentation, trainings)
- assessing innovation results
- extensive experience as a business analyst, ideally in a global or financial services environment
- proven experience with reporting & analysis as well as designing dashboards
- fluent English (C1)
- good Excel, SQL, data vizualization tools, e.g. Power BI or Tableau
- very good communication skills and ability to coodinate between several stakeholders
