For our client who opens R&D center in Wrocław, we are looking for a Development Quality Engineer who will join the project and help build this organization from scratch.
The company develops and manufactures technologically advanced electronic, mechatronic modules and connector systems for automotive industry. The Group has 46 locations world-wide in 21 countries on four continents with head quarter in Germany and a work-force of about 17 000 people.

Responsibilities:
- Application of the R&D Quality Assurance process in individual development projects
- Cross-site collaboration (European development locations)
- Close alignment and collaboration with Development Quality Manager
- Tracking of quality assurance activities, e.g. work product reviews
- Creation of quality reports reflecting the quality status of individual development projects
- Knowledge of embedding software development in the automotive context
- Experience in supervising the process (checking whether the product and documentation are in line with the customer's requirements)
- Structured and process-driven thinking and action
- Practical, collegial and binding communication to convince and motivate conversation partners
Nice to have:
- Experience in the application of Automotive SPICE, ideally basic knowledge of ISO26262
