Technical Support with German
Responsibilities:
- delivering a first line support service;
- ensuring appropriate documentation of the interaction on the customer’s account;
- executing transactions as per prescribed guidelines and timelines;
- responding to customer enquiries in a timely and efficient manner via phone, intranet and email;
- ensuring customer confidentiality and data protection at all times.
- communicative German and English (min. C1);
- willingness to work stationary from the office in Kraków;
- experience in Service Desk or Tech Support;
- knowledge of Tech Support in Small Forms, OS, Browsers and MS Office;
- knowledge of Registry Fix, Patch upgrades, Virus Tech Support Security, Encryptions and network collaborations & VPN.
