For our Client, international FMCG organization, located in the City Centre of Warsaw, we are currently looking for Candidate for the position of:
Supply Chain Specialist with Excel
Responsibilities:
- Handling daily operations
- Ensuring: product availability, right inventory levels, synchronized execution of new product introductions and product transitions
- Executing “Best Practice” supply planning processes to contribute to maximizing customer service, minimizing cost and optimizing inventory
- Collaborating closely with Demand Planning, Production Planning, Transportation, Sales, Warehouse Operations and Customer Service to achieve efficient, cost effective supply planning to meet CS&L service and cost goals/KPI's
- Identifying and resolving potential supply issues
- Purchase Finished Goods from external suppliers via SAP
- Negotiate with external/internal suppliers about over/under shipments
- Monitor purchase orders in SAP from inter – company suppliers and align them with forecast
- Take part in European/global projects
- professional experience in planning, supply chain and/or order management (preferred in the FMCG sector)
- fluent in English (spoken and written)
- very good skills in Microsoft Excel (proficiency in pivot tables, vlookups, sumifs)
- SAP experience will be nice to have
- university degree in economics, logistics or equivalent
- interpersonal and analitical skills
