For one of our client, we are looking for IT Support Specialist.
Responsibilities:
- Working in a 2-week rotating shift 7:00 – 15:00 & 14:00 – 22:00, Monday – Friday from the office
- Providing basic technology support, administration and maintenance
- Implementation/support of IT technology
- Supporting both local and global IT Teams
- Contributing to decision making for support and technology solutions globally
- Minimum 6 months of experience on similar position
- Knowledge of hardware and software technologies
- Fluent English (both written and verbal)
- Basic knowledge in at least one of the following areas: IT administration, desktop/server support, networks and troubleshooting
- Ability to analyze possible solutions to basic issues using standard procedures
