For one of our Clients - a leading systems supplier to the renewable energy industry, we are currently looking for Senior Lead Software Engineer who will be reponsible for:
- Implementation/Design from open loop control algorithms on i.Mx RT1064 with eCos as OS;
- Implementation of closed loop control algorithms;
- Hardware / Software Co-development (Hardware interface design);
- Transfer models into C-Code;
- Perform root cause analysis in complex software architectures;
- Implementation of fieldbus protocol like CANopen, Profinet via Anybus modules;
- Create scripts for automatic build machines (Scons based);
- Usage of HIL systems for test execution (Typhoon);
As a Software Engineer specialising in Power Converter Applications for New Product Development within renewable energies, you will play a vital role in our engineering team. Your expertise will drive the conception, design validation, and successful launch of innovative power converter solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will develop and execute robust software solutions to ensure our products meet the highest standards of performance, quality, and reliability.
- C/C++, Python;
- Multiprocessor architecture;
- Solid English communication skills (multinational team Denmark/Poland/Germany);
- Matlab Simulink - nice to have
- Use and understanding of SCM systems (preferred knowledge is Perforce);
- Use of requirements management system;
Optional:
- Experience with microprocessor controlled industrial applications;
- VHDL, LabVIEW;
- SCRUM;
- Fixed point notation;
- Ticket systems like Redmine / JIRA;
- Technical leadership.
