Our client, a leading player in the commercial real estate sector, is expanding its Warsaw office. We are actively seeking a talented and experienced Financial Controller to join the team and contribute to its continued success.
Responsibilities will range within:
Financial Reporting: prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and the Polish Accounting Act.
Budgeting and Forecasting: lead the budgeting and forecasting processes for the commercial real estate division, collaborating with department heads to align financial objectives.
Cash Flow Management: monitor and manage cash flow, providing strategic insights to optimize working capital and liquidity.
Internal Controls: develop and implement robust internal control policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and industry standards.
Tax Compliance: ensure accurate and timely filing of local and national tax returns, staying abreast of changes in tax regulations affecting the commercial real estate sector.
Audit Preparation: coordinate and manage external audits, liaising with auditors and providing necessary documentation to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process.
Act as a key financial advisor to the accounting team.
- experience in controlling duties, incl. financial reporting is a must
- experience in chief accounting duties will also be recognized and welcome
- SAP expertise will be an asset
- fuent English, min. B2 level
