For our Client, international company with stable position on a market, we are looking for:
Junior HR and EB Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Leading recruitment process, searching for relevant candidates
- Creating inside organization communication
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with managers and proactively reporting on pipeline activity to facilitate effective recruiting and hiring discussions
- Ensuring that company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates, and personally driving the highest standards of ethical behavior for all involved in the recruitment process
- Ensuring that all HR activities are processed efficiently, effectively, accurately and timely
- Ensuring and maintaining strict confidentiality over employee data and information
- Preparing HR reports for different internal and external parties
- Taking part in employer branding initiatives, supporting internal communication action
- Higher education - preferably in Human Recourrces area
- At least 2 - 4 years of professional experience in recruitment/talent acquisition/sourcing
- Leadership and strong softs skills
- English Language C1, German will be a plus
- Very good interpersonal skills
