For our Client, global well-known FMCG company, we are looking for a Candidate to take the position of Project Lead - packaging
Location: Poznań (hybrid model)
Scope of responsibilities:
- Ensuring a proper and standardized project delivery and reporting
- Supporting international Packaging & Print team in all commercial and administrative issues
- Monitoring of schedules and documentation regarding ongoing projects
- Implementing continuous improvements activities in order to ensure targets are met
- Improving processes and gathering all relevant data
- Establishing alignment and effective communication among project teams
- Leading project audits
- University degree
- min. 2 years of experience in similar role
- Experience in leading or coordinating projects
- Advanced skills in MS Power Point and Excel. Power BI will be a plus
- Knowledge of print and packaging field will be an advantage
- Fluency in English
- High degree of personal integrity and confidence
- Excellent business communication skills
