For one of our Clients from the manufacturing sector, we are currently looking for an HR Business Partner
Main duties will include:
- Provide leadership, coaching and support to managers in HR-related matters,
- Provide HR leadership for the Manufacturing Operation Team,
- Drive the HR agenda and implement effective P&O initiatives to support strategic objectives for the factory,
- Work closely with the manufacturing team to develop a workforce plan, building key skills and a pipeline for critical talent across the factory,
- Manage talent management strategy,
- Acts as change agent to business through process design and approaches that support change and transformation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Recurses or equivalent experience,
- Strong experience and knowledge in a variety of HR practices (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing environment,
- Strong knowledge in Polish employment laws and regulations,
- Pro-active mind and excellent interpersonal, coaching and communication skills.
