Service Desk Analyst with Germann
Location: Poznań/ hybrid
Main tasks:
- responding to incoming calls and requests
- troubleshooting regarding software, hardware and applications
- entering data and creating documentation
- seeking optimizations regarding the Service Desk area
- Higher education (bachelor's/master's degree)
- Very good knowledge of the Romanian language (C1)
- Good knowledge of English (B2)
- Experience in service desk or technical customer support
- Basic knowledge of hardware and software issues
- Ability to cooperate in a team, openness, communication skills, analytical thinking
- Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as needed
