Finance and Accounting Specialist with German
Location: Poland - Wrocław
Responsibilities:
- Telephone or chat-based support to resolve customer / vendor queries.
- GR/IR reconciliation and follow up.
- Adherence to normal contact center metrics defined for the processes, such as First Contact Resolution, Average Handle time, Average Speed of Answer among others as relevant.
- Support and guidance on process to newer team members.
- About 2 years of experience in accounting.
- Working experience with MS Office or equivalent office productivity tools.
- Fluency in English and German language (min. B2).
- SAP knowledge would be an asset.
