Your responsibilities:
- Providing excellent customer service support
- Resolving problems

- Preparation of internal reports
REQUIREMENTS
- C1 Level of language following languages German/French/Italian/Spanish/
- min. B2 level of English (fluent)
- Ability to team work, and supporting your colleagues and sharing your knowledge
- Analytical and solving problems ability
