For one of our Client, the company which is operating in bio industries and building a sustainable future we are looking for a HR Specialist with German who will be responsible mainly for areas as recruitment, employee lifecycle, compensation & benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting some recruitment activities
- Preparation and coordination of internal/ external trainings
- Preparing payroll documentation
- Processing holiday requests
- Managing the e-learning platform
- Providing support to employees and give information about all benefits that employee can use
- Taking care of data input to the system
- Cooperation with Business Partners and Managers
- Experience in HR area related with Administration, Recruitment or Talent Acquisition in corporate environment
- University degree (BA)
- Fluent knowledge of German min C1
- Very Good knowledge of English B2
- Corporate experience in SSC/BPO sector in multinational environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- SAP or Workday knowledge system will be a strong asset
- Ability to work with huge amount of data
