Customer Service Advisor with Dutch
The main duties:
- Providing 1st line support
- Respond and diagnose problems received via phone, chat or electronic online support (in order to MS Office, Windows, resetting passwords, installations, CRM)
- Daily contact with Netherlands market
- Troubleshooting, contact with 2nd line support
- Support your team and Manager in daily duties
- Experience in customer service
- English language skills B2 (spoken and written)
- Dutch language skills must be fluent (C1)
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- High motivation to develop in IT sector/helpdesk
- Experience gained in IT support area will be a huge asset
Company will consider candidates with experience in IT support from outside of Krakow for 100% remote work.
