For one of our Client, an international company which has a SSC structures built in Krakow, we are looking for candidates for position of HR Team Leader with German.
Responsibilities:
- Effective management of a team operates in HR for German speaking countries
- Organization of the team's work
- Identifying emerging challenges and supporting their solution
- Train and motivate new team members, cross train and motivate existing team members
- Cooperation with other HR Operations teams abroad
- Maintaining good working relationship with stakeholders
- Developing the skills of the team through training and coaching
- Building team and recruiting new team members
- Building new instructions, process improvement
- Setting priorities
- Ensuring delivery
- At least 3 years of working experience in HR and part of that as a Team Leader
- University degree
- Very good knowledge of German (min C1 level)
- Good knowledge of English B2/C1
- Corporate experience in SSC/BPO sector in multinational environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage team and resolving problems
- Experience in recruiting new staff members and building team
- Experience in cooperating with managers and business
- SAP knowledge system will be a strong asset
