We are currently looking for candidates to fill a position of Service Delivery Manager with English for our Client.

Responsibilities:
- Leading, managing and developing a growing towers of AP and AR process
- Ensuring professional and proactive day to day service for the Client up to agreed SLA’s and KPI’s
- Working closely with the Client and maintaining good working relationship
- Driving and proposing process improvements within assigned scope to assure productivity
- Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing
- Management supervision for Team Leader’s setting goals and reviewing performance
- Maintaining the compliance in the audits and other processes
-5-7 years of proven experience in managing the team as a Team Manager (the best if in outsourcing/Shared Services Centre environment)
- Experience in AP/AR process
- Very good knowledge of English
- Proven track record of successfully managing and developing teams
- Good analytical skills and knowledge of SAP and Excel
- Ability to enhance process and controls
- Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive team work approach
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- Ability to work under pressure
