For our Client an American company based in Krakow we are looking for a candidate for the position of IT Recruiter.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing the full cycle recruitment processes in IT area (from search of candidate to employment)
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and proactively reporting on pipeline activity to facilitate effective recruiting and hiring discussions
- Ensuring that company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates
- Preparing HR reports for different internal parties
- Taking part in employer branding initiatives, supporting internal communication actions
- Other administrative duties and projects assigned
- Min.1-3 years of professional recruitment experience in IT
- Fluent English Language skills – verbal and written are mandatory
- Self-reliance and good organizational skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Package
- Experience within international companies is appreciated
