Our client, a major and fast expanding international company, operating all over the world, is looking for an experienced candidates for Senior Recruiter role.

Responsibilities:
- Managing the full cycle recruitment processes in all functional groups (from search of candidate to employment)
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and proactively reporting on pipeline activity to facilitate effective recruiting and hiring discussions
- Serving as a talent acquisition business partner to Hiring Managers
- Ensuring that company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates, and personally driving the highest standards of ethical behavior for all involved in the recruitment process
- Ensuring that all HR activities are processed efficiently, effectively, accurately and timely
- Preparing HR reports for different internal parties
- Taking part in employer branding initiatives, supporting internal communication actions
- Other administrative duties and projects assigned
- Min. 4 years of professional recruitment experience
- Very good English language skills – verbal and written are mandatory
- Self-reliance and good organizational skills
- Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Package
- Basic knowledge of personnel administration and labour law
- Experience within international companies is appreciated
