For one of our clients we are looking for Client Advisor with Romanian who will be responsible for supporting internal and external clients.
Responsibilities:
- Investigating disputes and recommending resolution
- Posting relevant records in the system
- Ensuring that complaints/requests sent via systems are cleared in a timely manner and that no unmatched item remains open
- Handling day-to-day activities and cooperating closely, when necessary, with other teams
- Maintaining a proactive working attitude towards the clients
- Professional experience in customer service
- Very good knowledge of Romanian (min. B2/C1)
- Communicative knowledge of English (min. B1/B2)
- Experience in financial processes would be an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Attention to details
