For one of our Client, software consulting company, we are looking for Candidates, with great interpersonal skills, interested in the position of: HR Admin.
Person hired on this position will:
-Act as a local point of contact for document-related queries, ensure that employees understand and follow policies utilising HR Services, Support Portal and HRIS when appropriate,
- Cooperate closely with remote HR shared service agents in processing electronic documentation
- Prepare Inputs, uploads of HR data (payroll, benefits) in a timely and accurate manner,
- Support the new hire process by completing data, creating and maintain employee files,
- Support employee life cycle including: onboarding, occupational health and safety, medical checks, benefits, probations, maternity, paternity and exit, processes,
- Assist with reporting, including regularly scheduled reports, audits and internal controls
- Assist with other HR related functions and global projects assigned by Managers,
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing or a related field,
- Min. 1 year of experience in HR,
- Very good knowledge of English (both oral and written),
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail,
- Ability to independently handle numerous task at once in a high energy,
- Effective time management skills,
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office software,
