For our Client - International Financial Centre, we are looking for people who are ready to take a position of Team Leader in AR department with English
Responsibilities:
- Leading, managing and developing a growing and developing team
- Providing professional and proactive day to day service for the Client up to agreed SLA’s
- Working closely with the Client and maintaining good working relationship
- Providing process quality assurance, high quality various reporting
- Driving and proposing process improvements within assigned scope to assure productivity
- Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing
- Provide team members with coaching and assure process team training requirements are satisfied
- 3 years of experience in AR process
- Experience in managing the team or as a Team Leader's back-up
- Experience in people management
- Very good English
- Good analytical skills and knowledge of SAP and Excel
- Ability to enhance process and controls
- Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive team work approach
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- Ability to work under pressure
