Daily responsibilities:
- Being responsible for administrative and office-related tasks – handles post, documents, organizes events and meetings, catering, handles incoming calls and invoice settlement
- Acting as a point of contact for Facility Management Company
- Managing sourcing and partnership relations with 3rd party providers
- Leading projects related to office space optimization
- Being responsible for the organization of the events for employees throughout the year
- Maintaining distribution lists and administers accesses
- Welcoming and providing general support to the Company visitors
- Acting as an executive assistant for Managing Director (e.g. helping prepare meetings, recording minutes from meetings, making travel arrangements)
- 3-5 years of experience in office management and/or coordination of the reception desk in an international company
- University degree
- Proficiency in English (C1)
- Well-developed communication skills
- Detail-oriented, well-organized team-player
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite
- Self-starter with strong interpersonal skills and a capability to work independently
