For our Client, the international company - SSC in Krakow, we are currently looking for candidates for the position of Continuous Improvement Senior Specialist.
Daily responsibilities:
- Contributes and monitors optimization action planning & deployment (especially Six Sigma methodology)
- Cooperates closely with operations teams to identify process improvements and potential for automation
- Participate in regular update session with key Stakeholders
- Follow Lead Six Sigma methodology to achieve results
- Comes with a proactive and innovative approach with ideas to improve services
- Assists in research and theory testing
- Work closely with technical team responsible for deployment of solutions
- Knowledge of Operational Excellence and Lean Six Sigma best practices
- At least 2-3 year of experience at similar position within corporate, fast-paced environment (SSC/BPO)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to operate with stakeholders
- Analytical approach and good problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, high sense of responsibility
- Good team player, flexible, enthusiastic, innovative and proactive
- Excellent reporting skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel)
- Able to work un-supervised to drive positive results
- Very good command of English
