Our client, a major and fast expanding international company, operating all over the world, is looking for an experienced candidates for HR Service desk Team Leader. This is a chance to take part in building new team and transferring processes to new department in SSC.

Responsibilities:
- Effective management of a team operating in HR
- Organizing of the team's work
- Identifying emerging challenges and supporting their solution
- Actively motivating team members
- Maintaining of good working relationship with stakeholders
- Developing of the skills of the team through training and coaching
- Building team and recruiting new team members
- Preparing process instructions, and develop process improvement
- Operating on the processes when needed
- Ensuring delivery and setting priorities
- 3-4 years of working experience in HR department
- Experience in team management as a Team Leader or Supervisor
- University degree
- Good knowledge of English
- Corporate experience in SSC/BPO sector in multinational environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage team and resolving problems
- Experience in recruiting new staff members and building team
- Experience in cooperating with managers and business
- Knowledge of Workday
