For our Client, new Company on Krakow market which has built a SSC structures we are looking for a candidate to position of HR& Payroll Advisor
Daily responsibilities:
- Managing employees inquiries through the ticketing system
- Provide payroll support for various EMEA countries
- Manage of employee data in HR system
- Ensuring accuracy of HR data processing
- Preparing payroll documents for employees
- Focus on continuous improvement
- Higher education (Bachelor Degree)
- 2 years of experience in HR especially Payroll support
- Fluent knowledge of English language
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel)
- Knowledge of SAP system
- Ability to work independently in multicultural environment
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills, must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- Perfect communication skills, proactive, reliable and initiative personality
