We’re looking for a Technical Trainer to join a product software company currently developing its R&D Centre in Katowice.
In this role you will:
- Provide technical training for developers and testers in terms of clean coding principles and programming rules,
- Assess training needs and effectiveness, improving learning experience and promote it in the organization,
- Develop and maintain the training content and materials,
- Act as a technology evangelist – exploring technical news and innovations and promoting them, contributing to the learning process in the company.
- Experience in software development – as a developer or tester,
- Knowledge in the area of clean coding and programming principles,
- Good communication and presentation skills,
- Being up-to-date with technologies and ease with research
- Passion for knowledge sharing and mentoring.
