For our Client, an Energy Company whose mission is to live a life free of fossil fuels within a generation, we are looking for an HR Project Consultant.
Work location: Katowice (mainly remote work).
Responsibilities:
Tasks for Project consulting in Portal technologies with focus on SAP Fiori technology:
- review function and business requirements with local teams (SE, DE, PL, NL),
- coordination of the design phase and User Acceptance Testing,
- develop and execute communication activities and training for the different go lives.
- extended Project Management skills in international and diverse environment,
- good command of SAP HCM / Basic command of SAP Fiori,
- fluent in English and German – other languages welcome (Swedish / Dutch / Polish)
- experienced in change management communication.
