? Your responsibilities will include:
Providing technical phone support (TVs, washing machines, fridges, etc.),
Diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues,
Offering product information and guidance,
Logging customer cases in the system.

? What we’re looking for:
Fluency in German or Lithuanian / Latvian / Estonian (min. C1),
Good English skills (B1–B2),
A positive, communicative attitude and willingness to learn,
Basic knowledge of how common electronics work,
Availability for at least 120 hours/month.
