Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and proactive Freight Operator to join our Warsaw office. This is a full-cycle role, handling freight shipments from A to Z, mainly in road freight, but also including air and sea. The ideal candidate is energetic, collaborative, and ready to take ownership of their work in a fast-paced, international environment.
Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus i.e Polish
Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a busy, high-volume environment.
Collaborative mindset; able to work effectively with international teams.
Passionate about logistics and motivated to grow in the freight forwarding industry.
Commercially minded with an interest in client relations and business development.
