For our Client well known company which is working in area of Finance and new technologies we are looking for a Order Management Specialist with English language. This is newly created project which includes transition we are building new team in structures.
Key responsibilities:
- Booking of orders and creating them in SAP
- Handling customer requests and providing information to them
- Updating ERP regarding clients, supplies, pricing
- Gathering all needed information for each order
- Checking and solving potential issues between client purchase orders and system information
- 1 year of experience in international environment (experience in AR or Procurement department)
- Very good knowledge of English
- Strong process knowledge and business orientation
- Strong motivation to work in people
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
