Your daily responsibilities:
- Handling of the entire ordering process
- Tracking of deadlines in the ERP system for production and trade goods as well as services
- Support of the strategic supplier management (assistance in the search for new suppliers, qualification, monitoring and evaluation)
- Participation in the definition of key figures and reporting of key figures
- Solicitation of offers and preparation of offer comparisons
- Collaboration with the work preparation, logistics and production departments
- Designing and implementing process improvements and new supply chain strategies
- Assistance in optimization as well as reduction of inventory risks
- Support in cost optimization projects
- University degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement
- Advanced level of German (native speakers are welcomed)
- Very good knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
- Knowledge of MS Office and ERP system (such as Oracle or SAP)
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Good communication as well problem solving skills
- Professional attitude
