Currently for our Client - an international manufacturing company, we are looking for Candidates for the position of Customer Service and Logistics Representative
. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and providing timely and accurate information to clients.
Place of work: Wroclaw area
Responsibilities:
- Support Customers located in Europe, Middle East and Central Asia
- Prepare and manage quotes, sales orders, invoices and shipment
- Manage key operational reports and ascertain compliance
- Maintain customers and sales records up to date in compliance
- Compile export documentation and ensure compliance
- At least 2 years of Order Management Experience from quoting to final delivery of the goods and beyond
- Engineering/technical education background is an advantage
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of export documents and requirements for different countries
