Responsibilities :
- Providing support for foreign Client in accordance with the standards adopted in the company
- Diagnosing and resolving Client's issues related to companies product
- Changing data in internal system
- Processing of customer’s orders
- Building long term relationships with Clients
- Supporting team in daily activities
- Higher education degree
- Fluent Spanish or Italian
- Good English skills
- Knowledge of MS Excel and Office and usage of electronic mail systems (Outlook)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
- Communicative attitude (position requires frequent contacts with clients)
- Good adaptability and flexibility skills
- Ability matching solutions to customer needs
- Experience in Customer Service will be an asset
