For one of our Clients, the company which is operating in Business Services area we are looking for a Payroll Manager who will be responsible for payroll process globally.
This is an excellent opportunity to take part in shapin process nad new role in Krakow SSC.

Person at this position will be responsible for:
- Leading, managing and developing a newly created process
- Coordinating of HR and payroll team
- Creating and improving payment procedures and processes
- Managing pay and tax law
- Analyzing and reporting of financial data
- Preparing forecasts and manage costs as well as profitability for projects
- Controlling and auditing of payroll processes, support of general external audits related to payroll
- Ensuring that payroll process is conducted accurately and in compliance with procedures
- Working closely with a senior management in the organization
- Reviewing payroll reports
- Train and motivate new team members, cross train and motivate existing team members
- Growing and developing payroll team
- Setting priorities and ensuring delivery
- Active participation in process transition (ensuring that process is build up in line with agreed timelines and methodology)

Wymagania

- 7 years of experience in payroll department
- At least 4 years of experience in people management
- Expertise knowledge about payroll, benefits and labor law,
- Strong leadership skills
- Fluent English
- Ability to implement new ideas, creativity
- Self-reliance and good organizational skills
- Ability to work with soft data under time pressure
- Ability to think analytically and very good problem solving skills
- Knowledge of SAP and MS Office
- Experience in transition will be an asset
