For our Client, the leader in the software industry, we are currently looking for an experienced candidates willing to join an international team on the position of Senior Software Developer for a service-oriented architecture and supervisor of the local development team.
40 km from Poznań (or hybrid model)
Responsibilities:
- Develop business application components with the focus of a service-oriented architecture
- Work with product owners to defines system architecture, systems requirements, operational procedures, and evaluates feasibility of alternative solutions
- Supervise local development staff, creating performance reviews and addressing any personnel issues
- Develop software design documents and work with stakeholders for review and approval
- Work directly with R&D management
- Several years strong hands-on experience with creating service-oriented architecture solutions using C++, C#, .NET, SOA, cloud development and inter-process communication frameworks
- Experience with the entire software development lifecycle i.e. requirements, design, implementation, integration testing, deployment and postproduction support
- Experience with web and app software development frameworks
- Experience in working in an agile development environment
- Ability to think creatively, stimulate new ideas and challenge existing thinking
- Fluent English (B2/C1)
