Grafton Recruitment is currently looking for a Junior Data Analyst with one of following languages French/German/Dutch for one of our Clients.
This is an opportunity to work for one of the largest companies in Financial area which have built own center of excellence and provides services for global clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Contact with French/German/Dutch Clients via mail and phone
- Analysing data in the system
- Identification of any improper data
- Performing internal reports
- Preparing documentation
- Cooperation with other team members
- Very good knowledge of French/ German/ Dutch (B2/C1)
- Good knowledge of English (B1/B2)
- Experience in customer service will be an asset
- High interpersonal skills
- Analytical skills and ability to work in team
- Good knowledge of MS Office Package
